As an experienced real estate consultant I'm aware of the many complexities of real estate transactions. Getting Started

First, you'll want a trusted advisor ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that.

Second, you'll want a consultant with the experience needed to know the  local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. of Calaveras and Tuolumne Counties. With my years of experience in the local market - I have the expertise and track record of success you need.

Third, you'll want an overseer of transactional details capable of  embracing the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the  e-mail alerts that I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.

I live and work in the beautiful Mother Lode in the Sierra Foothills. The cities that I primirally cover are Copperopolis, Angles Camp, Altaville, Jamestown, Sonora and Valley Springs.

As a SRES Senior Real Estate Specialist I have completed specialized training to work with senior citizens and their families in all aspects of senior living.

This is a great area and very diverse. In Copperopolis we have Lake Tulloch with homes on the water and near the water. The communities of Poker Flat, Copper Cove, Connor Estates, Peninsula Estates, Calypso Bay and soon Tuscany Hills, and Oak Canyon Ranch.

The community of Copper Cove in Copperopolis boasts homes on the water and a spralling mixture of homes in all price ranges and lot sizes. All homes in this community have lake access and park access, and some can have horses.

For horse lovers we have an equestrian community in Copperopolis called Bridlewood with a state of the art equestrian center complete with pristine stables. Most of the homes in Bridlewood are on two acre parcels.

La Cobra Mina is a beautiful new home development as is Copper Hills.  

Saddle Creek Golf Resort is a wonderful golf community in Copperopolis. Homes are nesteled throughout the golf course which has great views of the Sierra Foothills.

There is a new subdivision planned adjacent to the Saddle Creek Golf Resort called Oak Canyon Ranch.

We also have a new Copper Town Square with some shops already open. The theme of Copper Town Square is old fashioned complete with a gazebo in the center which fits in perfectly up here in the Mother Lode. Copper Town Square has shops, restaurants, residential lofts for purchase and other businesses. Copper Valley Realty the office I work out of is in the new Town Square. The decor is old fashioned yet under the facade the technology is state of the art. Copper Valley Reallty is above our competetion with marketing and exposure we have to offer our clients.
